In its data collection policy BEE adheres to the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and to the French loi n^o 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l'informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés.

By filling in a form at http://www.bilingual.fr, your details will be used for the purpose of establishing a database of people who have expressed interest in the association Bilingual Education Exchange and its activities, and will not be disclosed to any external sources without your express written consent. Some personal data is required in order to satisfy the research/survey requirements as we may need to contact you for further information and updates to our project. Please email info at bilingual.fr if you do not wish to hear from us again.

If you express the wish to receive information about BEE activities, your email address will be added to the mailing list bee-updates hosted by Yahoo Groups. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by sending a blank email to bee-updates-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com. You will not have to create an account with Yahoo nor will Yahoo have any other information about you except your email address.

However, you can choose at any time to link your membership of bee-updates to your Yahoo account, in order to access the list web features and online message archive, for example. You can do this by visiting the Yahoo Membership Wizard. The full Yahoo privacy policy can be found here.

If you become a full member of BEE, your email address will be added to the equivalent list, BEE-members.

The mailing lists are newsletters only, which means that only the list moderator (the B.E.E. President) is authorised to post messages to it. Use of this list will be restricted to important announcements and communication only.

Toute personne peut également, pour des motifs légitimes, s'opposer au traitement des données la concernant.
